BLURAY EPOXY SURFACE TOLERANCE PRIMER( TL)
TYPE
 Based on modified Epoxy Resin and Anticorrosive Pigments and cured with Phenalkamine hardener composition.
FEATURES A “two pack” air drying Epoxy Primer with Base & hardener packed and supplied separately. To be overcoated with suitable Epoxy Finish Top coat to give a high anti-corrosive & Chemical Resistant coating. Can be overcoated with PU system. Top Coat, epoxy or PU should be dark colour and not White/Pale shade ( refer foot-note)
RECOMMENDED USE As a High Performance High Build Primer, which has some degree of tolerance in surface preparation( very slight rusty, contaminant surface) in steel structure in highly corrosive atmosphere like chemical plants. Ideally suited inTank Lining systems for transportation of solvents etc.

REMARKS 1. Use Top coat of Epoxy/PU with dark/Off white shade. There is possibility of Brown Colour migration from hardener. However this discoloration of Top Coat does not have any detrimental Effect on performance.
2. See note on Surface preparation from Epoxy Composition Tech. Literature to get best performance from coating system.
3. Stir the component well before mixing them. Apply over on clear recommended primer. Mix. Hardener component in specified ratio.
4. Close container properly, in case of partial use.

High performance primer for protection of Steel Structures, Tanks, Machinery, equipments etc., from corrosive/marine atmosphere .Ideal for petrochemical and offshore/onshore installation, chemical units, and for the equipments.
