RECOMMENDED USE Recommended as a Primer for hygienic and heavy duty flooring in sterile area and O.E. as well as tank inside coating for concrete storage tank. This product is used as binder for tile fixing also. This product gives the best result when used in combination with our Bluray's HISOLS 271.

SURFACE PREPARATION CONCRETE : New Concrete : Ensure that the concrete is cured for minimum of three months. The surface is to be made rough and free from algi, bacteria and other contaminants by sand sweeping. Old Concrete : Remove all salt deposits from the surface by water jet washing. Light sand blast the surface to remove all loosely bound coatings and roughening up of firmly adherning coatings to ensure anchorage with recommended system. Ensure all dust / other particles are fully removed by suction on air blast and the surface is fully cleaned and dried, apply our penetrating primer Bluray PRIME PRIME 200 before application of this primer. If non-critical areas where blasting is not possible, water jet washing and hard wire brushing are minimum requisites. The surface should be cleaned and dried before application of Bluray PRIME 208.

NOTES  
1. Do not apply when temperature falls below 10 deg. C. or rises above 50 deg. C. and when relative humidity rises above 90%. Do not apply during rain, fog and mist.

2. Brushes and spray equipment should be cleaned with Bluray's Thinner otherwise equipment is liable to be damaged.

3. Etch Primed steel work should not be exposed before being overcoated with priming / or finishing coat for added protection.
